Do I need to sign in to use the app?
No. You can use Mind Your Water completely offline without an account. Sign in with Apple is optional and only needed if you want to sync your data across multiple devices.
How do reminders work?
Set your wake and sleep times in Settings, then choose how often you want reminders (every 30 minutes, 1 hour, etc.). We'll send gentle notifications only during your active hours.
How is my daily goal calculated?
Your daily water intake goal is calculated using the formula: your weight in kilograms × 33ml. This is based on established hydration guidelines. You can adjust your weight in Settings at any time.
Can I sync my data across devices?
Yes. Sign in with Apple on each device to keep your hydration data, goals, and streaks synchronised across all your devices.
Is my data private?
Absolutely. If you don't sign in, all data stays on your device. If you sign in, your data is encrypted and stored securely. We never sell your data. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
