Mind Your Water helps you track your hydration with simple logging and gentle reminders.
This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can manage it.
Information we collect
Hydration data you enter (water intake logs, goals, and streaks).
Profile settings you choose (weight, unit, wake and sleep times, reminder interval).
Account information if you sign in with Apple (name and email, if provided).
Diagnostics data such as crash reports and device information to improve stability.
How we use your information
To provide core features like logging, progress tracking, and reminders.
To sync your data across devices when you choose to sign in.
To fix bugs and improve app performance.
To respond to support requests.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored locally on your device. If you sign in, your data is also stored
securely in our backend so it can be synced across devices.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your data. We only share data with trusted service providers who help
us run the app:
Supabase (authentication and data storage).
Sentry (crash reporting and diagnostics).
Apple (Sign in with Apple).
These providers process data only on our behalf and under contractual obligations.
Your choices
You can disable notifications in iOS Settings at any time.
You can delete your account from the app in Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account.
If you are not signed in, you can reset all local data from Settings > Danger Zone
> Reset All Data, or uninstall the app.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account,
your data is removed from our systems within a reasonable period.
Children's privacy
Mind Your Water is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect
personal information from children.
